RELIGIOUS FANATICISM, Part 1: THE IRANIAN REVOLUTION AND IT'S BOILING HATRED...
DOGMATIC RELIGION INSPIRES INSANE AND DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR...
“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.”

…Uh, Yeah, but not necessarily in this life - especially if you’re Palestinian or Islamic…
PREFACE
Cover 1. YouTube video of Dec 5, 2024, from the MSNBC channel, entitled, “'This is genocide': Amnesty International accuses Israel of Gaza genocide”.
The above video’s description gives a poignant purpose to the video itself, saying, “In a new report, Amnesty International concludes: "Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza." Paul O'Brien, the Executive Director of Amnesty International USA, joins Chris Hayes to discuss.” It worth noting that before any organization can assert genocide, it legally has to document very specific actions and statements from the guilty party. MSNBC is not my favorite source of information, but this particular video matches and well summarizes what I’ve read in many other reports. And this sort of behavior, on the part of Israel’s IDF, under the guidance of PM Benjamin Netanyahu, is exactly the kind of behavior that compels the fanatic adversaries of the Zionists - particularly Iran and its proxy groups - to carry out their own set of outrages.

“‘…If I cut a faithful Muslim into pieces to make him hate me, he will not turn into my enemy and if I give all the wealth of this world to a hypocrite to make him my friend, he will not befriend me. It is so because the Holy Prophet has said: ” O Ali! No faithful Muslim will ever be your enemy, and no hypocrite will ever be your friend.”’

Look at that nonsense quote above. Just look at it. So, this Imam is saying if he cut a faithful Muslim INTO PIECES, he would not become an enemy? For 99% of us, one nasty cut would do for the whole enemy thing. This is fanaticism. And it’s dangerous. It allows Iranian or any Muslim leader to be extremely demanding and abusive - even to his followers - without ever facing accountability.

INTRODUCTION
RELIGION, DOGMA, TRUTH, AND JUSTICE:
Religion itself is and has long been a powerful, emotional force among humans. It has inspired faith, diligence, commitment, kindness, mercy, and justice. But it has also been used in dogmatic forms to inspire irrational obedience, obviously “false truths,” prejudice, anger, hatred, violence, war, and even genocide. This article series considers these matters and how they impact the world we all share. We first deal with the issue as it may apply to Iran’s people.
Figure 1. YouTube video posted c June 2025 from the Empires Revisited channel and entitled, “The ENTIRE History of Iran: From Persian Empire to Islamic Theocracy”. Iran, aka as Persia, as an empire, dates back to about 2,500 BC - the time of Cyrus the Great who set up the Achaemenid Dynasty’s Empire. One of Cyrus’ first great acts as Emperor was to allow select Jews in Babylon to return to “Zion,” in the ruins of Jerusalem - thus giving the Jewish people an opportunity to rebuild their civilization. And this would drastically change the course of history - setting up powers and counter powers that would struggle through the ages.
THE SHAH WHO HAD IT ALL
Figure 2. YouTube view of Feb 16, 2024, from the ABC News In Depth, if You’re Listening program-episode, entitled, “Iran: Who was the Shah; If You’re Listening”.
This brief video, concerning the rise and fall of the final Shah - or King, of Iran - one Muhammad Reza Pahlavi, examines issues as they related to the Iranian Revolution that turned Iran into a radical theocratic Shia Moslem state.
The Shah’s father, a military officer under a previous Shah (Qajar Dynasty), overthrew that ruler and set up the new, if brief, Pahlavi Dynasty. He kicked every dude who got in his way in the nuts (uh, literally, according to the video). Still, daddy sucked; the British said he wasn’t doing enough to fight the Nazis, so they kicked him out (maybe by the nuts) in 1941, and put in his son, Muhammad. This was so cool because this young man was filthy rich, handsome, slim, fit, intelligent, and complaint; besides looked neato his oversized bejeweled king-bucket-crown and gaudy military uniforms.
And this young man ruled with the economic. political, and trade support of both the British and American governments; he therefore permitted some acceptance of democratic form until the ouster, over oil policy, of Iran’s Prime Minister Mossadegh in 1953 (backed alarmingly by the British Mi6 and the US CIA). After that upheaval, King Mohammad distrusted other governments and ministers and decided to rule Iran mostly by himself - through decree. He was a self-styled “benevolent” dictator. But many thought him far worse, and he did use extreme force and violence through his military and secret police (the Savak) to protect his rule.
Much later, during Mohammad’s illness - starting with a lump later diagnosed quietly as cancer, he left Iran and sought medical assistance aboard. In 1974, Mohammad was often absent due to this illness - and because of this and because of his economically successful attempts to modernize and industrialize Iran - fundamentalists saw opportunities and became increasingly furious with bold subversions against Mohammad and his western style “progress.” By 1978, the bloody Iranian Revolution had become public knowledge around the world and by February 1979, the Shah of Iran was deposed in favor of a quietly cruel Ayatollah.
And the world marched towards global conflict across Southwest Asia and the Middle East. The British elites - often secret society selects - put Mohammad into power. Did they and their wealthy Zionist benefactors also design his fall and the subsequent ascent of a determined enemy of Israel? Were they, even then, plotting a third world war? See:

RADICALIZED ISLAM: SHIIA ELEMENTS
FANATIC IRANIANS GO BAT-SHIT CRAZY DURING THE BURIAL PROCEEDINGS FOR AYATOLLAH RUHOLLAH KOMEINEI:
Figure 3. YouTube video c2024 from the ABC News in Depth channel, entitled, “Iran: Who was Ayatollah Khomeini? | If You're Listening”. Hosted by Matt Bevan.
In the video above we start with in an aerial view, in June 1989, of a gigantic surging crowd of about 10 MILLION Faithful Shiite Muslims covering southern Tehran and closing on its Paradise cemetery while authorities try to complete the burial of the late religious leader, the Grandest of all Ayatollahs ever - the famed scholar of Figh and an Imam who brilliantly began the 12er realization without waiting for that future Imam by “being that Imam NOW!,” - the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. The Iranian people were loyal to this particular Ayatollah with greater zeal than perhaps at any time since Cyrus the Great 2500 years ago! This, despite the fact that, like the secular Shah of Iran who preceded him, religious scholar Khomeini also ruled with a soft voice but an iron fist. Khomeini sat about throwing dissidents in abysmal prisons, while intentionally wrecking relations with other nations almost beyond repair, destroying trade agreements, injuring his own oil industry, driving Iran’s economy to a 60% drop, depriving Iranians of financial stability and even taking Iran to the brink of war and beyond with other Islamic states — all in the name of Allah.
In fact, Iran did come into open conflict with Iraq, its neighbor to the west. Starting shortly after Khomeini was installed, the two countries went to war - Iraq wanted oil and Iran wanted Iraq destroyed. The two nations hurled missiles and tank fire at each other for eight years in what has become known as the Iran Iraq War (1980 - 1988).
But back to the burial moment: As the helicopter bearing his body and coffin approached the grave site, the crowd urgently swarmed forward; they took the body and the coffin out of the helo and began jostling them for access. Khomeini’s body slipped out and crashed on the ground; the crowd awkwardly stuffed him back into the coffin, and then these insane mourners began ripping off strips of the old man’s burial cloth. Finally, the authorities had to shoot warning shots into the air to get them to back off, because the surge became dangerous and people were literally being crushed in the rush.
The authorities decided to postpone the burial until the situation quieted. So, they put Khomeini back into the chopper and lifted off, but religos grabbed the landing rails and hung on for dear life as the chopper went airborne. Some of the crowd below was so vexed with grief that they fell into the man’s grave before his coffin ever could. Authorities then decided to put in place a barrier of box cars around the site so that they could complete the burial unhindered. After the cars were in place, they continued their ceremony while citizens desperately climbed the box cars and even began kissing the cares as they were the closest things to Khomeini himself!
This is the face of fanaticism. And what would these people do for their faith? Maybe ANYTHING. And maybe that’s the problem.
After the Ayatollah’s death and burial, Iranian radicals in government began to push for revolution beyond Iran. Inspired paramilitary attacks by various Jihadists Groups - some Shia, some Sunni - increased in neighboring Iraq. And following the Egypt-Israeli Peace Accord, Egypt’s President Sadat was assassinated (1981) while terror group activity across the Middle East saw a rapid rise. Fundamentalists, it seemed, had decided to punish other Islamists who did not agree with their views.
And to this day, the Iranian Theocracy has continued to push for Islamic revolution and violence in the name of Allah under the direction of Khomeini’s “supreme leader” successor. Two of the many groups Iran has supported militarily, financially, and politically, are Hezbollah and Hamas. And both of these groups have repeatedly attacked the State of Israel on behalf of the Revolution, and the Arab, Iranian, and Palestinian Arabs they claim to represent. And the State of Israel, for its part, has also repeatedly attacked them (sometimes first).
Further, these Ayatollahs, their government bureaucrats under them, and their obedient masses - because of their blind faith - are extremely difficult to reason with. because they often consider non-Shias to be little more than useless “kafirs,” or infidels. Additionally, the fanatics of Iran generally HATE the Zionist “Jews” of Israel with a truly irrational passion that makes negotiation and progress almost entirely futile. (www.israeled.org.) And doubtlessly, many Zionists feel the same way about many Iranians.
Their mutual fanatic-based arrogance and HATRED could become the catalysts for a Third World War.
So, is this the mindset of most Iranian citizens today: Allah, and then His Ayatollahs, over all! Death to the infidel! Death to Israel! Worship the great leader! Blah Blah Blah. According to www.thetimes.com, there is a scattered opposition to Iran’s extremist Ayatollahs - including supporters of the old Pahlavi Dynasty. Their power, however, is clearly limited.
So, in the Meanwhile, Israel’s IDF, expressing its own anger under Prime Miniter Netanyahu, is currently bombing the smithereens out of Iran’s military and leadership faculties in the current and most recent ridiculous war between them. This one, an outgrowth of Israel’s war with Iranian supported Hamas, has been going on for about three weeks and so far, thousands on both sides and have injured and hundred killed while Iran’s missiles blast Israel’s cities to rubble and while Israel’s jet blast Iranian nuclear and other weapon sites to Islamic hell.
President Trump has managed a fragile ceasefire between them after he ordered US B2 Bombers and support assets to blow the Iranian nuclear facility at Fordow back into the Asthenosphere. But what happens if Iran’s leaders do develop actual nuclear weapons in the near future? What happens if Iran already has some useable nuclear weapons NOT stored at known sites? What becomes of world peace when Iran’s Ayatollahs get spirited over another Israeli smashing of Palestinians? How much more of Israel’s GAZA GENOCIDE will the Ayatollahs permit? And when will it end?
According to medical authorities, fundamentalism, Islamic or otherwise, can act like a parasite on the human brain:

IN CLOSING
So, does religious fundamentalism discourage logical reasoning that might challenge its claims or scriptures? Does dogmatic faith blind the adherent faithful from basic facts that most people accept? Or are most people just flat wrong and the fundamentalists - of any faith or belief system - far more likely to be correct in their thinking?
It should be noted that blind faith - faith in the absence of reason - in a deity, or for that matter, in a political system or philosophy or bureaucracy - can lead to catastrophic results. The recent Covid-19 Pandemic - which IMHO was largely fake and greatly exaggerated to profit and benefit certain groups at the expense of the public’s health and welfare - is a clear and trouble example of this. Consider the video below:
Figure 5. Screenshot of 6/25/2025 of Rumble platform video from the WorldNews17 channel, undated, entitled, “Dr. David Martin & Stew Peters Discuss: ‘No Virus, Only Organized Crime’”. I’m not a big fan of Peters, and I realize Dr. Martin has made his share of mistakes. But this video was solidly based on documented evidence.
https://rumble.com/v6vagiv-dr.-david-martin-and-stew-peters-discuss-no-virus-only-organized-crime.html
The purveyors of the probably fake “pandemic” made hundreds of billions of dollars, destroyed democracy across the globe, robbed us all of property, divided and harmed millions of families and attempted to assert a cruel global authority over everyone. And it nearly succeeded. Why? Because, out of fear, the public believed the criminals - just like the citizens of Iran believe the dangerous, divisive ideology spewed out by their often-fanatic ayatollahs. We must awaken to all the dangers of fanaticism - even if it sounds scientific - if we axe to prosper in this age of technological apostasy.
