We will always have these "Saviors" until we have enough autonomous, truly grown up adults with mature minds who have claimed their own Authority.
And I consider this will only come about through peaceful, responsibly free parenting, that raises truly autonomous persons.
Then, and only then, will the Mega Churches, Governments, Gurus and all such Saviors disappear since there will be no parasitic persons to give them power and credibility.
They will remain the deluded, mentally ill, individuals they are, left to mutter in the gutter with the pitiable homeless.
